Alison Skate is the Principal Psychologist at Personnel Development Solutions, and has over 14 years of experience in the field of workplace psychology and coaching.  Alison's diverse career began in the Australian Army where she gained extensive experience in personnel assessment, counselling, workplace coaching, training, research and leadership.  Alison has since consulted to national corporations, government organisations and numerous medium enterprises.
